- Establish a centralized labour market database as the basis for in-depth analysis of the labour market

- Conduct collaborative research with international research organisations such as World Bank, International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the Institute of Labour Japan and Institute of Labour Korea
- Forecast overall labour demand and supply including for major industry sectors
